Founder's Message
I founded the company in 2008 as a technology-driven organization built on strong engineering principles. From the beginning, engineering excellence was our foundation, and over time we combined it with business thinking through a STEAM-based approach that integrates technology, innovation, and strategy.
While working in a large corporation with multi-billion-euro revenues and sustained year-over-year growth, I recognized a clear gap in the market. Both locally and internationally, there were very few IT outsourcing partners who truly understood their clients' businesses. The industry was largely focused on selling services or products quickly, rather than taking long-term responsibility.
Lailio was created to challenge this model. We operate as a long-term strategic IT partner, working as an extension of our clients' organizations and aligning technology with real business objectives. As the company grew, it became clear that realizing this vision at scale required more than one perspective. I therefore brought together experienced co-founders who share the same values, engineering mindset, and commitment to long-term partnership.
Together, we continue to build Lailio as a trusted technology partner focused on sustainable growth, accountability, and meaningful impact.
